  • For Mosquitoes

  • For Rats and Mice

  • Cow Dung – When ingested by the rats, they become incredibly sick and begin to vomit, ending in death. To keep rats away, simply put an old cow ‘pat’ near where rat droppings have been found.
  • Peppermint – Rats have a highly sensitive sense of smell. Using fragrant plants such as herbs and oils are a good way of keeping them away. One such smell that they despise is Peppermint. You can put Peppermint oil On cotton balls and place it where the rats have previously been seen or where you know they reside.
  • Ammonia cleaning products – Ammonia is an excellent rat repellent. Just mix 2 cups of ammonia with 200 ml. of water and 2-3 spoons of detergent and place in a bowl near locations where rats are commonly found.
